5- DELINQUENT DEBT PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION WORKSHEET. This is the worksheet that the referral representative needs to complete in its entirety from the debt holder, which is then given to us (the Master Consultant) to source a funder for the bad debt.
6- PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENTS. These are our (as the Master Consultant) requirements for all portfolios submitted to us for reveiw and eventual sourcing of a funder.
7- DEBT BUYER'S GUIDELINES. This form gathers all the information abnout what type of debt a funder (buyer) is looking for.
8- DATA FIELDS. This document highlights very specifically, what information is required per debt instrument.

11- BUSINESS NOTE SUBMISSION WORKSHEET. This form gathers all the information on the type and location of the business and its note to be sold.
12- PROSPECTIVE & FOLLOW-UP CLIENT LETTERS. Included in this document are letters that can be used and/or modified when approaching possible debt holders like bankers and retailers, as well as a follow-up letter that can be used.
